Electronics Contract Manufacturer in the USA Since 2006
// Who We Are
Full-Service Electronics Manufacturing, From Prototype to Production
EMS, Inc. is a full-service electronics contract manufacturer helping OEMs across the United States take products from concept to production. From our 20,000 sq ft facility in Lincoln, Arkansas, our team handles PCB design, PCB assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, box build, and testing, all under one roof. We also take on the “dirty jobs”: the tedious, labor-intensive work that slows down your production line.
Since 2006, more than 150 customers have trusted us with over 200 projects. We earn long-term partnerships by being a supplier you can rely on: clear quotes, on-time delivery, and direct access to the engineers building your product. Our goal is simple: a shorter, more reliable supply chain that’s easier for you to manage.

// Quality, Testing & Inspection
Inspected and Tested at Every Stage of the Build
Every PCB assembly, cable harness and box build that leaves our facility goes through a multi-stage inspection and test process. It starts with first article inspection before a production run is released and continues through automated inspection, electrical testing and final functional checks.
Our operators are trained to IPC workmanship standards, every workstation has electronic work instructions, and full traceability links each build to its materials, process data and test results. The result: fewer defects, higher first-pass yield, and products that work the first time they’re installed.
Standards We Build To
- ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management
- IPC-A-610 workmanship for PCB assemblies
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 for cables & wire harnesses
- Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) on staff
- In-house ESD training & controls
- RoHS-compliant & lead-free processes
- ITAR registered · UL listed
How We Inspect and Test Your Product
// From first board to final shipment

SPI & Automated Optical Inspection
Solder paste inspection and AOI machine vision check paste volume, part placement, polarity and solder joints before defects can move down the line.

X-Ray Inspection
X-ray reveals the hidden solder joints under BGAs, QFNs and other leadless packages that optical inspection can't see.

Electrical & Functional Testing
Flying probe, in-circuit (ICT) and functional testing confirm each assembly works as designed, using custom test fixtures built in-house when needed.

Cable & Harness Testing
Cable and wire harness assemblies are tested point-to-point on our Cirris 1100 tester for continuity, shorts and miswires.
